Nevada Starts Camp Brotherhood

Nevada Starts Camp Brotherhood

Starting today with official practices beginning, and going all the way to the Wolf Pack’s first game on November 10th, the Nevada basketball team will be carrying on the motto: Camp Brotherhood, for the duration of training camp.

Camp Brotherhood will be the 42-day period before Nevada’s first game, where the Wolf Pack will continue to prepare and grow as a team for the upcoming season. It is a chance for the team to raise their skill, communication, and attention to detail to an even higher level.

However, Camp Brotherhood is not just about more practice time in Lawlor. It is also a period where Pack players build on their team chemistry. It will be a time for Nevada to focus on accountability, getting extra work, commitment, consistency, as well as being a great teammate.

Summer workouts and the Nevada’s foreign tour in Costa Rica gave the team an excellent time to build a foundation for this season. Now with Camp Brotherhood, the Wolf Pack will be able to build even greater synergy and team chemistry on the floor.

The players will receive Camp Brotherhood wristbands that have Nevada Basketball and Camp Brotherhood written on them to signify this time period of preparation for the 2017-2018 season.

The Camp Brotherhood theme came from last season as the team would use the slogan to breakdown after practices.
