Pack Concludes 6 Game Road Trip

Pack Concludes 6 Game Road Trip

The Wolf Pack just finished a long stretch of 6 games away from home last night. The road trip consisting of tough road and neutral site games against well respected teams.

The Pack faced off against our first top 25 opponent on Friday versus #20 Arizona State. After a slow start in the 1st half, the Pack came out and dominated the final 20 minutes of the game at the Staples Center. Our veteran team proved ourselves worthy of our natonal ranking and solidified ourselves as a national contender.

36 hours later the Pack faced off against Grand Canyon at the Talking Stick Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. Basically a home game for Grand Canyon, their fans were loud and made it known why they are recognized as one of the most energetic fan bases in college basketball. The Pack came out with a win to conclude the road trip with a record of 10-0, the best start in program history.

This was a test for the Pack and our players rose up to the occasion and represented Northern Nevada in the best way possible.

We look forward to returning home to Lawlor Events Center to face off against South Dakota State and Akron before Christmas.

Looking forward to seeing our fans rock Lawlor at the end of the week!
