Wolf Pack Add LSU Transfer Daryl Edwards

The Wolf Pack announce the addition of Daryl Edwards to the 2019 recruiting class.

Edwards, a transfer from LSU, joins the team with 1 year of eligibility left as a graduate transfer. In his last season at LSU, he averaged 6.8 points per game while shooting 46% from the field and 37% from three point range. Due to injury, he only played in 9 games this season and will get clearance to medically redshirt which allows him to have one year left.

Prior to LSU, he played 2 years at JUCO powerhouse Northwest Florida State College where he averaged 13.6 points in 28.4 minutes per game. He shot lights out from beyond the arc shooting 46.6% in his last season there.

“We are extremely excited to add a caliber of player like Daryl Edwards to our roster. Daryl is a high level shooter with a great basketball IQ. His ability to make plays off the dribble for himself and his teammates and stretch the floor with his shot-making ability will serve our program well.”, Coach Musselman on the addition of Daryl Edwards.

On behalf of Wolf Pack nation we are excited to welcome Daryl to our family and to have him join us on the hunt next season.
