Honoring a Memorable Senior Class

Honoring a Memorable Senior Class

With the last regular season game of the year Saturday night, we will be honoring our 7 seniors. These seniors that will be finishing their career as a member of the Wolf Pack are one of the most memorable group of seniors in Nevada history.

Jordan Caroline was the first of the group to join Nevada and has made his imprint in Reno over the past 4 years. From breaking double-double records to winning over our fans with his intense play and contagious personality, he has been the core of our program's success during his three years playing for us. Jordan took a leap of faith joining a team that won 9 games and currently has Nevada sitting at 27-3 this year.

Then came the Martin twins, who helped bring recognition to Nevada on a national level. Cody and Caleb instantly fit into Coach Musselman's system and flourished helping us win a regular season Mountain West Championship and advance to the Sweet Sixteen of the 2018 NCAA Tournament.

The three other transfers who are playing there last season with our program Tre Thurman, Corey Henson and Trey Porter. Henson and Thurman were with the program last season during thei redshirt year and were a huge part of the Sweet Sixteen run as they pushed our players during practice daily. Porter graduate transfered from Old Dominion to play his last season of eligibility with the Wolf Pack. Trey Porter has been known to be an energy spark with his posterizing dunks all season. Thurman is our teams rock and is the ultmate team player that this group needs. Henson has came in and providied energy since day one with his on ball defense and excellent three point shooting.

Lastly, fan favorite David Cunningham, will be suiting up for the last time in Lawlor on Saturday night. David has been a part of 117 games and has been the main guy to lead our scout team 117 times. Nevada is not in the place it is today without the contributions of David Cunningham over the past 4 seasons.

We want to thank all 7 of our seniors for what they have done for our program. These 7 seniors have our program sitting at 27-3 with an opportunity to win a 3rd consecutive Moutain West Regular Season Championship.

We ask our fans to come honor our seniors tomorrow night by attending the game and making it the best atmosphere of the season. We need your energy tomorrow night. Go Pack!
