Boxing

During the Summer we are always looking for different ways to get our guys a different type of workout. Conditioning is so important in basketball, but it can be really challenging to stay motivated when you are doing the same workouts or conditioning programs.

This past week we took our guys to a boxing class where they got the opportunity to work on their quickness and footwork in a high intensity atmosphere. They LOVED it. Not only was it a workout for them, but it was a way for our team to spend time together outside of the basketball court. 

Our message to the team for Boxing was to bring a lot of Energy, Effort, and Enthusiasm, things we know are important on the floor.
