Hot Yoga

The latest installment of our Friday workouts was hot yoga. This was a first for the majority of our players and they were definitely pushed out of their comfort zones.  

In addition to our more regular strength training, flexibility is vital for maximizing athletic performance and injury prevention. Therefore, yoga is a natural complement to the weight room that athletes also enjoy.

In the summer we put a huge focus on investing in ourselves to prepare for the upcoming season. This workout was just another segment in our larger emphasis on creating a team full of elite athletes.

Our message this week was focus. We want our players to learn to focus on what task is in front of them and block out everything else.
