Hogs Take to HIIT Workout

 

With crossfit last week and high intensity interval training this week our players are getting the message that passion and energy are a huge component of how our team will not only work out but also play.  

 

HIIT Workouts take interval training concepts and apply them to total body exercises.  This increases the heart rate for our players quickly and then amplifies the effect of their strength workout.

This week we also had a special guest, Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Hunter Yurachek. He was pushing through to stay stride for stride with them throughout the workout.  It was great for our players to see how supported they are by our AD.
