• Sophomore Jordan Caroline was named the Mountain West Championships MVP after averaging 18.3 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.

• Picked up double-double No. 14 on the year in the Mountain West Championship game, his third in the last four games. He netted 23 points and pulled in 10 boards vs. Colorado State. His 14 double-doubles ranks second in the Mountain West.

• Tops the team averaging 9.2 boards per game which is second in the Mountain West and 42nd in the entire NCAA.

• Is nearly averaging a double-double with 14.8 ppg and 9.2 rpg.

• Almost averaged a double-double in conference play with 15.9 points and 9.1 rebounds per game.

• His career-high 45 points at New Mexico are the sixth-most in Division I this year, the most by any player in the Mountain West this year and the most by a Wolf Pack player since Kevin Franklin scored 48 against Loyola Marymount on Nov. 25, 1989.

• Earned several honors on Jan. 9 after a week where he averaged 32 points and 12 rebounds per game with two double-doubles. Caroline was named the Mountain West Player of the Week, NBC Sports’ Player of the Week and College Sports Madness’ High-Major Player of the Week.

• Named the Dec. 5 MW Player of the Week after averaging 16 points, 7.5 rebounds and three

assists in wins over Pacific and at Bradley.

• Of his 13 total double-doubles, half have come in streaks of three (vs. OSU, vs. Iona, vs. Oakland and vs. SDSU, at New Mexico, at Wyoming). Most recently had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds against Fresno State.

Nine offensive rebounds against Evansville were the most by a Saluki since 2000 and is tied for the fifth best performance in SIU history ...
